Shiny Happy Bubbles is an original abstract painting in acrylic on a canvas board. This painting is composed of random square shapes that have been painted in a mixture of metallic and iridescent colours which glitter and glow as the light hits them.

I began painting last year (2021) during one of the numerous lockdowns and slow reopening of society and it has allowed me to enjoy my love of colour and random shapes. Painting has also offered me a way to control pain, this is my relief and my pleasure and I want to share my joy with everyone. I also suffer from very disobedient hands which have their own ideas about what they will and will not do, this can at times cause some unusual effects but that is why I like this style of painting.

Once the picture was finished and allowed to completely dry it was sealed with two coats of varnish, this gives the painting a double layer of protection. This painting has been framed in oversized frame on a white mount which makes the painting stand out. All the frames that I am using are made in the UK.
